Check My Account

Inside the My Account portal you will find dozens of useful tools and settings. You may just find what you are looking for within the menu items.

Check the cPanel Help and Tutorials

Your cPanel comes with many help files and video tutorials to help you with common functions for your hosting account, email settings and domains. Information includes parking or forwarding domain names, add or adjust email accounts, database functions and much more. Simply login to your cpanel by going to www.yourdomain.com.au/cpanel and click the video tutorials for a full list.

Submit an eTicket

Send us a secure eTicket by logging in to My Account.

There are some function relating to domains, hosting and security certificates that you may not be able to do without our assistance. In these cases you should submit a new eTicket to the Support queue, remembering to give us as much information about the issue as possible. Include any error messages you might be seeing, or even take a screen shot and attach it to the eTicket so we can see exactly what you're seeing.

Most eTickets are responded to within the hour, but always within 24hrs.

Try an Internet Search

Although it sounds strange, if you are new to cPanel hosting, most issues can be found with a Google, Yahoo or Bing search. Chances are someone else out there has asked the same question and you will readily find an answer.
